DETERMINATION OF QUORUM

CONFLICT OF INTEREST STATEMENT

"Members of the Belhaven Board of Adjustment are advised, hereby, of their duty under the Local Government Ethics Act to avoid conflicts of interest and the appearance of such conflict; and, further, are instructed to refrain from participating in any matter coming before this Board with respect to which there is a conflict of interest or appearance of such conflict".

 

  1.  Special Use Application Hearing – 161 E. Water Street

                Special Use Application: 161 E. Water Street. Owner has requested special use of Single Family    Residential in the General Business zoning district.

  1. Variance Request Hearing – 700 Block E. Pantego Street

                Variance Request: 700 Block E. Pantego Street. Owner has requested a reduction of the side setback from 8 feet to 3 feet.
