Notice is hereby given that the TOWN OF BELHAVEN Board of Adjustments will hold a Public Meeting to decide on the following requests:
- Conditional Use Request for property located in the 700 block of E. Pantego Street (REID 46838/46837). Owner has requested the conditional use of LODGE be approved by the Board of Adjustments.
- Variance Request for 274 Old County Road. Commercial property has requested variance from the Town of Belhaven Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance, Section 150.31 (B).
Board of Adjustment meetings are open to the public. Anyone wishing to speak on the proposed appearances is welcome and encouraged to attend.
